This is our website production process.
1. Contact
Please feel free to contact us by phone or via our inquiry form. Once we receive your inquiry, we will set up a meeting date and time.
2. Meeting
We will visit your office to discuss the purpose of your website and the details of your products and services. Please prepare any brochures or flyers you may have. We can also meet via web conferencing using Zoom or Microsoft Teams.
3. Proposal
After the meeting, we will provide you with a website proposal and estimate. The meeting, proposal, and estimate are free of charge.
4. Contract
If you are satisfied with our proposal and estimate, we will enter into a contract. We will then sign a “Basic Agreement for Website Creation and Operation.”
5. Decide on the Design
We will work together to decide on the design of your website. We create your websites using WordPress, where you first select a template called a theme and then decide on the design. You can choose from a variety of paid and free themes.
6. Create Website
We will proceed to create your website. At the same time, we will check that the created page is functioning properly.
7. Operational Test
The customer will view and operate the completed website. We will collect feedback on improvements and respond to them as needed.
8. Release Website
After receiving your confirmation and approval, we will release the website. We can also accommodate changes and additions after releasing, so please contact us for more information.
